Soapmate currently only ships products within EU. You can check our current offering and prices in our Etsy shop here. Purchases are currently only available at that platform, or by directly emailing/messaging us.
Products are usually shipped via DHL. All orders are processed and packaged in 1-3 business days. Please be aware that DHL shipping times may be delayed as they are dealing with an increased volume of shipments at this time of year.
Free shipping is available for all orders over €50. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipment.
Soapmate is not currently accepting any returns or exchanges. You can still cancel your order within 12 hours of purchasing. If you are not sure which product would suit your preferences better, please email us and we can suggest the best options for you. If you have concerns about a product you've purchased, you can contact us at info "@" soapmate.eu and we will do our best to find a solution.
If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 14 days via our Contact page or by emailing info "@" soapmate.eu and we'll get in touch with you to work things out.
